    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job responsibilities

    • Develop the group's strategic procurement plan in accordance with the group's strategic development plan and lead the team to execute it.
    • Establish and ensure the rationality and compliance of the group's procurement system processes.
    • Coordinate internal and external resources to construct procurement information platforms and enhance efficiency.
    • Coordinate procurement activities, implementing cost control, performance management, and supplier management.
    • Manage the daily operations of the supply chain team and oversee talent development and training.

    Job responsibilities

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
    • Preferred experience in engineering-related supply chain management, with additional expertise in industries such as automotive, construction, data centers, and IT.
    • Demonstrate leadership in managing large teams and able to foster team culture and talent development.
    • Possess quick thinking, strong adaptability and goal-oriented mindset.
