Perform consistent engagement with the relevant stakeholders through the end to end New Business journey for positive and seamless customer journey
Follow through on all aspects of the journey through documented followup cycle.
Communicate with medical service providers to ensure that the reports are delivered promptly
Adhoc process improvement projects

Who we are looking for:

Strong working knowledge of underwriting principles, new business processes, insurance laws and regulations.
Conflict resolution and relationship management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Customercentric with ability to work under pressure
Details oriented, meticulous
Selfmotivated, independent
Strong initiative, keen learner
Excellent MS Excel / Power BI skills
