- Follow through on all aspects of the journey through documented followup cycle.
- Communicate with medical service providers to ensure that the reports are delivered promptly
- Adhoc process improvement projects
Who we are looking for:
- Strong working knowledge of underwriting principles, new business processes, insurance laws and regulations.
- Conflict resolution and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Customercentric with ability to work under pressure
- Details oriented, meticulous
- Selfmotivated, independent
- Strong initiative, keen learner
- Excellent MS Excel / Power BI skills
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Professional insurance qualification
