    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies – Sales, Trade Activities
    • Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
    • Drive plans, implementation and execution for assigned accounts
    • Manage distribution growth of assigned accounts
    • A&P management to maximize ROI
    • Formulate new product listing strategies
    • Inventory forecast/management
    • Strong understanding of market/consumer demands and adapting accordingly
    • Build strong rapport with client to be top of mind for any initiatives
    • Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategy
    • Lead and inspire the sales team

    Requirements:

    • Diploma Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with experience in e-commerce channel.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
    • Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
    • Abe to work both collaboratively and independently, goal-oriented and organised team player.
    • Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
    • Able to work in fast paced environment.
