Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of petroleum and gas shipments via maritime transport.
Implement policies, plans, commercial programs and vessel performance for chartered vessels.
Ensure strict adherence to international maritime safety standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
Utilize data to assess the performance of maritime operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
Lead and inspire a diverse team of maritime professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in chartering/ship management, with a focus on petroleum and gas shipping.
In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex logistics and coordination activities.
