    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Descriptions:

    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Assist to manage outlet operations
    • Interact with customers and ensure quality services provided
    • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet
    • Apply sales and service techniques to promote products and improve sales
    • Ensure products and displays are consistently well presented
    • Manage outlet documentation
    • Any other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years in retail industries
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Willing to work retail hours; 6 days work week
    • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
    • Progressive training programme will be provided
    • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
