Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing product roadmap and development priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, features, and functionality.
Champion a customer-centric approach, leveraging user feedback, usability testing, and data analytics to iteratively enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, balancing competing priorities and adapting to evolving business requirements.
Drive innovation and differentiation through the introduction of new features, technologies, and partnerships, staying ahead of market trends and industry advancements.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering alignment and engagement.
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to fintech products, ensuring adherence and mitigating risk.
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the product development team, nurturing talent and fostering professional growth.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in product management or product development within the fintech industry, with a track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products.
Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related domains, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive disruption and transformation.
Demonstrated ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and making data-driven decisions.
Agile mindset with experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adept at managing change and driving results.
Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices in fintech is a plus.
