Reports to the Project Manager or Assistance Project Manager In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters Ensure timely completion and good quality of works Ensure safety regulations are complied

Qualifications
Must possess BCSS certificate
Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) construction background. Precast construction is also a plus 5+ years of Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) site supervisor
Experience building data centers or other technically intensive facilities
Structural or civil and engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics associated with the mechanical and structural trades
Computer literacy. Significant experience with Excel, Word, and other computerbased tools
Knowledge of Navisworks or any BIM software would be an added advantage
Strong leadership and excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in relevant field
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
Good interpersonal and communication skills
