Key Responsibilities

Responsible for writing Job Descriptions for Service Delivery Division (SDD) staff including:
Interviewing incumbent staff to understand their job scopes
Gather and sensemake data on job scopes based on inputs from SDD departments
Crafting Job Descriptions based on stipulated templates
Clearing the draft Job Descriptions with Capability Development Department (CDD) Plans branch
Preparing revisions where necessary
Liaising with company's manpower policy department on the drafting of Job Descriptions and submission for Job Evaluations
Valueadd to CDD through other roles relating to Job Descriptions/Job Evaluations
Knowledge transfer on JD/JE creations
Sharing of industry best practices and norms

Job Requirements

Degree in any discipline (preferably in HR/ Business)
Experience in Human Resources, especially in the area of drafting job descriptions
Good command of English language, both written and spoken
