Business Development Manager - Singapore - ADEMCO (FAR EAST) PTE LTD

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and propose business opportunities where available
- To establish superior customer relationship, manage and handle customer expectation professionally, and to ensure high customer satisfaction level.
- Drive revenue growth through new project identification, creation, and attach opportunities.
- Forecast and report activity accurately in line with expectations.
- Engage with various security agencies through alliance to drive the growth
- Engage into marketing campaigns to improve the services branding
- Craft highlevel relationships within assigned existing accounts to win incremental product and service business.
- Partner closely with technical resources to ensure technical perfection in all positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, and exchanges.
- End to end management of the Alliance relationship across Security Agencies, primarily focusing on growing security business through the alliance.
- Develop, implement and manage the execution of partnership business plans with strategic partners and firms in Singapore.
- Support client partners with identifying Security Managed Services opportunities.
- Manage conflicts, ensure proper business/project/account alignment.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or Business.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of Sales/Marketing in Business Development experience
- Experience & exposure in Security Industry will be an added advantage
