We are seeking Clinic Assistants for our network of Clinics.

Full time and part-time opportunities available.

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
• Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.

What We Are Looking for

• Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic or Specialist Clinic preferred but not essential.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for clinic will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for senior position.
• Comfortable with shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
