Responsibilities

  • Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided
  • Discuss and propose design adhering to clients' requirements and needs
  • Provide quotation and space planning
  • Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients
  • Site & project management from inception to handover
  • Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients' deadlines
  • Build rapport and work closely with subcontractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries
  • Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Art or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Architectural & Interior Design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
