Our Client is a Japanese Listed Finance Company. They are currently looking for a Manager/Senior Manager (Accounting) to join their esteemed organisation.
- 【 What you will be doing 】

Manage and oversee financial activities for multiple entities within the organization.
Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals.
Conduct and supervise consolidation accounting for multiple entities to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Collaborate with finance teams across various entities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for each entity, ensuring transparency and adherence to accounting standards.- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.

Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
At least 35 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Handson experience in J-SOX and J-GAAP with international standards.
Proven experience as an Account Manager and handling multiple entities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
