    Our client is a leading renowned hospitality and real estate organision, and has acquired a strong reputation as the world's most preferred and awarded international venues. They are now seeking a talented HR Manager to join their established team and support the company's people culture and growth.

    about the job

    Leading a team of 2, you will report into the Senior Director and support a headcount of 100 employees. In addition, you will:

    • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources Functions, including recruitment & selection, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, employee retention, training and development, staff welfare and benefits etc
    • Assist to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business acumen of the organization
    • Handle face-to-face employee queries, advising on the company policies and best practices, and liaise closely with Unions
    • Ensure alignment of HR policies and practices, ensuring the processes are delivered to the businesses in accordance with agreed service quality, legal and regulatory compliance
    • Assists in reviewing and proposing compensation packages including benefits based on recognized data to stay competitive within the industry
    • Support day-to-day operations and ensure that all aspects of operations meet organizational goals

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor Degree in Business/ Human Resources or equivalent
    • Minimum 8 years of end to end HR Generalist experience, with 3 years experience in leading teams
    • Excellent understanding and knowledge of labor law and local tax regulations
    • IHRP Certified
    • Prior union relations experience is mandatory
    • Track record in building cultures, driving employee engagement and passionate about people
    • Experienced within the areas of performance management and learning & development
    • Team player and ability to work well with employees of all levels
