    Description

    Job Responsibilities

  • Help us with administration of brand education strategy, programs, workshops, and training sessions for employees.
  • Aid us with documenting and coordinating programs on brand values, brand positioning, brand voice, employee experience.
  • Assist the lead to deliver a curriculum for leaders, managers, and team members.
  • Work with internal brand communication and other teams such as HR, Ops etc. to strategies to organize and roll out.
  • Contribute to guardianship of the brand guidelines and instructional content around how it should be represented.
  • Collaborate, create, measure, collect feedback, update project documentation, and help the lead fully administrate.
  • Help us to champion brand education as part of a wider cultural transformation aligning to our organization's values.
  • Source and encourage employees to become brand ambassadors inside the organization.
  • Liaise with suppliers, and vendors to produce best-in-class content (offline and digital) and Finance/Procurement teams.
  • Be a go-to with internal Creative and Production teams and account manage internal creative jobs and requests from various stakeholders in their marketing to team members.
  • Job Requirements

    Education & Certification

  • Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
  • Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
  • Preferably from related academic disciplines in Marketing/Communications.
  • Competencies

  • Good written and spoken English, fluency in any additional language (Mandarin) is an added bonus
  • Interested in Brand Marketing, Brand Education, Hospitality, Learning & Development, Internal Communications.
  • Passion for organizational culture and employee engagement strategies.
  • Good at writing, verbal communication and creating powerpoint presentations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Bias for action, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with many Content creation processes (digital and print).
  • Good with people and relationships.
