RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily M&E operation of the building / condominium
  • Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repair works
  • Attend to complaints within the estate
  • Good team player and able to communicate well

REQUIREMENTS

  • Trade certificates in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related discipline
  • An added advantage if have relevant experience
  • Able to commence work immediately / within short notice would be an added advantage
