    About the Role

    • The client is seeking a seasoned Southeast Asia Sales Manager to report directly to International Sales Vice President. You will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth and expansion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies aligned with overall company goals, considering the unique landscape of each Southeast Asian market.
    • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our market presence through new product launches and strategic partnerships.
    • Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness and market share across existing and emerging markets in Southeast Asia.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, distributors, and healthcare providers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Sales Performance Management: Monitor key regional sales metrics, providing insightful reports to upper management and recommending data-driven improvements.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage regional sales budgets, optimizing resource allocation and achieving financial targets.
    • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards.
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Training & Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning by offering ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with other departments like marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Pharmacy, Clinical Science, Medicine, or a related field.
    • Proven success in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Prior experience managing Southeast Asian markets is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong team spirit.
    • Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory.
