About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Functional Consultant to join our team in Singapore.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a powerful business support system designed to transform the way energy and utility companies operate, with a particular focus on ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients from the energy and utility industry to understand their current business processes and challenges, particularly those related to financial management.
Analyze client needs and map them to the functionalities of the software, ensuring smooth integration with their existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance instance.
Configure the software to meet the specific requirements of each client, potentially involving modifications to standard workflows while considering the impact on financial data flow.
Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of necessary customizations, especially those related to integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Lead specific functional tracks such as billing, CRM, contract management, or meter data management, ensuring best practices are followed and considering the financial implications.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to thoroughly validate the implemented system, with a focus on data integrity between the software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Provide training and support to the client's team, empowering them to leverage the software effectively and understand its interaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of the platform, keeping integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance in mind.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis or consulting, with a strong focus on the energy and utility industry (highly preferred).
Indepth understanding of the software's functionalities and best practices, along with experience in similar implementations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
