Job Description:

We are seeking a SAP Data Migration Consultant with comprehensive experience in managing ECC to S/4HANA migrations. The perfect candidate will have deep understanding of data migration strategies, SAP system landscapes, firsthand experience with SNP CrystalBridge for Bluefield transformations, SAP's LTMC tool, and crucially, profound knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design and implement a data migration strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and leverages the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.

2.Utilize SNP CrystalBridge along with the Bluefield approach for condensed data and business process migration.

3.Use SAP LTMC for data ETL processes, ensuring effective integration and optimal usage within the S/4HANA environment.

4.Perform data models and data mapping for transitioning from the ECC system to the S/4HANA system.

5.Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and post-migration review to confirm effective transition to S/4HANA.

6.Handle and rectify data-related issues encountered during migration.

7.Provide insights, lessons learned, and suggest best practices for S/4HANA migration project.

8.Document the data migration process, mapping, and technical details for future reference and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1.Extensive experience in managing end-to-end data migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

2.Profound understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model, architecture, and its functionalities.

3.Proficiency in utilizing the SNP CrystalBridge tool with the Bluefield approach.

4.Hands-on experience with SAP's LTMC is added advantage

5.Understanding of key SAP functional areas as per the scope of the project.

6.Strong background in data management and governance practices.

7.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
