Customer Service Officer - Singapore - ACTON TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.
Description
Handles telephone calls and written or Electronics correspondence with assigned accounts- Response to customers Inquiries
- Order Entry
- Expedites/Order modification expedite and followup with buyers/suppliers for shipment schedules with prompt updates to customers.
- Review and manage open orders and ship per customer's requirements.
- Advise customer forthcoming schedules / shipment and discrepancies
- Follow up on critical orders to ensure that orders ship per customer delivery requirement and shipping window
- Sample Requests
- Simple Purchasing
- Update Pricing/Schedules in ERP system
- General filing
- Fillin for others Customer Service Rep. when absent from work Scorecard Management as required
Requirement:
- Preferably 4 years work experience in Customer Service.
- Preferably with customer service related experience in Electronics industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuous feedback and guidance needed by supervisor
- Must be PC literate
- Substantial training and guidance will be given
