Chief Talent Officer
Our client is a well-established company in the hospitality & F&B sector. They are looking for a Chief Talent Officer (CTO) to join their leadership team.

The CTO will support the Group's strategic plans and execution in the full scope of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Experience and Talent Development functions and act as the catalyst and advocate of the company's culture and vision.

Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating the talent team
Strategize and innovate on current talent acquisition practices
Build on internal succession planning to ensure there is leadership growth within the group
Maintain and elevate the employer branding of the Group and inspires venue leaders across the group to create an environment that is considered a "great place to work"
Ensure performance management matrix and processes are maintained and relevant with current competition
Drives talent development efforts inline with group's "growth" culture programmes
Evaluates and recommends to senior leadership on groupwide total compensation and rewards strategy
Oversees groupwide payroll processing
Manages internal and external stakeholder relationships in ensuring groupwide strategies and vision is maintained
Leads and drives new concept/venue openings in supporting venue leaders/chef partners on talent planning, acquisition, and onboarding success.
