- Grow the Regional's air and ocean freight business/services, in accordance with the sales strategy on a specified tradelane.
- Continuously monitor the trade lane performance against the budget and development plan.
- Initiate Sales Campaigns in cooperation with partnering Countries.
- Identify areas for business growth and suggest for possible initiatives to drive volume.
- Identify desired customer segments and freight characteristics in order to formulate business strategies.
- Work with Countries on customer interactions including fostering relationships, making customer calls and closing deals to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability.
- Perform market intelligence activities, e.g. pricing, market positioning, service development, prospect identification.
- Support air & ocean procurement on the specified tradelane.
- Minimum degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales with prior experience in Trade Lane managerial exposure in Freight Forwarding industries.
