Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Industry: Fashion Apparel/Footwear
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Location: MacPherson, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive market analyses to discern opportunities and anticipate risks, leveraging insights from market trends, customer inclinations, and competitor maneuvers.
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize merchandising strategies with promotional initiatives.
3. Uphold categorization standards for Product Item Attributes.
4. Perform weekly evaluations of product sell-through rates and generate monthly analytical reports.
5. Provide merchandising support and contribute to key cross-functional projects.
6. Oversee sales performance metrics, pricing strategies, inventory management, procurement, allocation strategies, grouping tactics, and markdown initiatives.
7. Coordinate product launching strategies and ensure seamless execution in partnership with the Logistics Department.
8. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to establish guidelines for in-store displays.
9. Offer leadership and mentorship to the merchandising team, spearheading training and development endeavors.
10. Deliver succinct weekly action plans to the Department Head.

Entry Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in Merchandising, Retail Buying, or a related field.
• Proficiency: Sound understanding of Merchandising and Buying processes, coupled with robust product knowledge.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel with a keen aptitude for analysis.
