Job Summary:
Coordinate and prepare proposal documents, including cost estimates, risk assessments, and contractual reviews for project pursuits, while ensuring accurate entry of order details into the system.

Job details:

Location: Southwest region of Singapore (Company transport provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing inquiries and contract tenders.
• Distributing relevant sections of ITT internally to appropriate departments.
• Attending meetings with the tender pursuit team to identify responsibilities and key dates, ensuring timely completion.
• Clarifying responses from internal support departments and incorporating qualifications into bid documents.
• Gathering support information from internal drives for bid document inclusion.
• Preparing and compiling quotes and proposals in line with ITT guidelines.
• Acting as the single point of contact for the client during bid and clarification phases.
• Distributing bid clarification documents, expediting responses, and submitting clarifications to the client.
• Adhering to Quality and HSE regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assisting Sales Order Clerks with sales order entry and revisions in Epicor and packslip workflow within SharePoint

Requirement:

• Min Diploma
• Quotation/Tender preparation experience preferred
