Project Background:

As part of Trade Digitization initiatives, we are targeting to develop System Integration between EP.IX Workflow – T24 Core banking.

Job Description:

• Acts as central point of contact for System Integration project (EP.IX – T24).
• Engage business and operations stakeholders for functional requirements, analysis and documentation (URD, RTM, Test Scenarios, etc.)
• Review, validate, prioritize and plan stakeholder enhancements and requirements
• Provide viable and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, standardization, user experience and deliver business initiatives
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders (Heads of Department, Head Office, Regional, internal IT teams, Business & Process Owners and vendors)
• Review and signoff artefacts and solutions provided by technical teams and vendors
• Provide SIT, UAT, regression testing and rehearsal testing support
• Conduct user training and workshops

Business Analyst Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent
• Strong analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives
• Good experience with full SDLC as a Business Analyst
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.
• Implementation/Support experience with T24 core-banking system
• Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
