Description

The Sales Manager is responsible to lead the sales teams, identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns & manage all sales requirement set the by the management.

• Oversee all daily, weekly, monthly and etc sales targets.
• Manage and maintain sales and staff as well as monitoring & evaluate all necessary sales/service performances.
• Ability to identify and interact with customers and keep an optimum communication channel.
• Comply with all company policies, relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the business adhere to all necessary regulations.

• Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diffuse tense situation between customers or staffs.
• Have good sales knowledge and management skills to handle the sales aspects.
• Effective leadership skills and a good foresight for sales requirement.
