- Leading departments and operations of the company
- Budgeting for multiple projects, including monitoring and controlling costs

- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years' experience in a managerial role or a position involving significant decision-making responsibilities is required.
- Good in communication, logical thinking and ability to solve problem.
- An innovative and motivational mentality.
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Result-driven and positive mindset to drive changes for the business operation.
- Experience in China organisation or China management organisation is an added advantage.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Able to speak and read Mandarin in business proficiency is an advantage (to liaise with China Management and Mandarin-speaking associates).
