• Leading departments and operations of the company

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years' experience in a managerial role or a position involving significant decision-making responsibilities is required.
• Good in communication, logical thinking and ability to solve problem.
• An innovative and motivational mentality.
• Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Result-driven and positive mindset to drive changes for the business operation.
• Experience in China organisation or China management organisation is an added advantage.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Able to speak and read Mandarin in business proficiency is an advantage (to liaise with China Management and Mandarin-speaking associates).
