Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle and take in accident reporting and explain the claims process to customers
  • Assess the liability and advise customers on the best method to pursue their motor insurance accident claims
  • Handle customers to submit claims, follow up, and liaise with insurance companies regarding claims;
  • Liaise with insurance companies of motor claims and timely submission of accident reports and all matters relating to motor accident claim
  • Manage all accident cars are repaired as scheduled and recommended by surveyors
  • Handle Discharge Vouchers/documents are duly approved and signed off by customers before releasing repaired accident cars
  • Followup with customers regarding claims status and insurance companies for payment of Excess on own damage claims and issue invoices pertaining to insurance claim
  • Strong administrative and coordination qualities
  • Assist in answering phone calls
  • To perform data entry Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or NITEC / Diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in the Automotive industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working attitude and passion for learning
  • Proactive attitude constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and job performance
  • Team player with selfdiscipline and willingtolearn qualities
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Workplace around Ang Mo Kio area
