- Act as Point of Contact for Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) for operation-related matters and incident handling
- Perform site supervision for the entire operations team to ensure that all operations
- Take responsibility for the management of Operation Command Centre (OCC), Train, and Station Operations
- Take responsibility for train service delivery and train service performance indices
- Provide leadership and motivating staff
- Provide guidance to staff for incident control and recovery
- Implement strategies to improve service level and control cost
- Prepare contingency plan for business continuity
- Conduct investigations into service disruptions or incidents and submit incident reports
- Conduct incident reviews and draft lessons learned as part of knowledge sharing for staff
- Conducting exercises and drills to maintain a high standard of competence; ensure staff are competent and qualified for their respective roles
- Submit reports on system performance
- Require performing 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Prior experience in transportation industry / OCC operations will have an added advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability.
