Description

**Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Chemicals sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior R&D Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Establish/upkeep the company's pilot plant machinery pertaining to its specialized separation process innovation.
Work together with the company's various teams to execute trial runs/operations, while following all safety regulations/processes
Conduct Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs) and fulfilling the necessary resultant actions
Handle diverse chemical substances across varying container dimensions.
All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering or other relevant field of studies
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant industries (Industrial/Chemical Plants, Flavour & Fragrance, Petrochemical etc.)
Knowledgeable with the various chemical separation processes (eg. distillation, crystallization etc.)
