Description
Assist Station-in-charge in specific sections:
- Conducting stocktake of ingredients
- Preparing and ensuring the sufficiency of ingredients
- Preparing food, stocks and soups for lunch and dinner
- Ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards within the company guidelines
- Assist Stationincharge in cook sections:
- Preparing lunch and dinner dishes
- Ensure dishes look appealing and appetising
- Ensuring that there is no crosscontamination of foods
- Responsible for cleaning the kitchen after dinner
- Passion to cook
- Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a team.
- High standard of personal hygiene and cleaness.
Training will be provided on all section inside the kitchen.
