    Internship / Traineeship Title

    Employment Type: Contract/Temporary Location: Singapore

    The Role

    This position will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Involve in the discovery of the current As-Is processes and develop process maps using Visio to illustrate the process flows.
  • Discover areas of inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in process streamlining or automation projects.
  • Assist in the development and updates of training materials, such as eLearning, reference guides, user guides, etc.
  • Address enquiries and feedback raised by users on the group policies, propose ideas to improve on pain-points raised by the business.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
