Description

**Our client is a global MNC in providing engineering solutions. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a System Support Specialist to join their WMS Support Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in East area - easily accessible.

Duties of System Support Specialist:

Specialize in warehousing with a primary focus on documenting and training in the Blue Yonder WMS configuration process.
Designing and implementing processes.
Provide global support and training for logistics operations while ensuring compliance with standardized procedures through process audits.
Take ownership of managing process changes, including requesting IT changes and conducting user acceptance testing.
Active participation in the WMS-TMS project core team for configuration and testing.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in related study
At least 3 year relevant experience in WMS Configuration, specializing in Blue Yonder system
Comfortable with travelling arrangement
