Looking for an Executive Assistant for Singapore.Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and coordinate daily executive calendar and appointment schedule.
- Compile itineraries, agenda, meeting minutes and required documents for meetings.
- Act as a bridge for smooth communications between the Chairman, CEO, and Directors, Department Heads.
- Coordinate key internal communications with operations to the wider business.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, while handling matters sensitively and promptly resolving potential conflicts with senior stakeholders.
- Receive high profile guests and act as a welcoming first point of for the Chairman & CEO.
- Promptly convert raw information from key meetings into PowerPoint presentations and quickly disseminate this information to key stakeholders.
- File expense reports, medical claims and other ad hoc tasks for the Chairman & CEO.
- Organize internal and external events at the office i.e. booking facilities, catering and refreshments, logistics, coordinating with marketing and other relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Three years experience in an Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to organize and work well with deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detailed, meticulous and resultoriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Windows Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
