- Prior experience in clerical work or customer service is a bonus
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Strong initiative, detail oriented and good time management
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT fluency
- Strong organizing and coordinating ability
- Highly analytical and able to multitask, work independently as well as in a team
- Positive mindset, mature and responsible
- Possess good telephone etiquette
- 5 day work week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)
- Retail working hours
- **a) Sales and Customer Experience
- Maintaining and updating our data base, students' records via our school management system.
- Reporting of growth and attrition rate
- Tracking the daily schedules of teachers and students, ensuring that the classes are going on smoothly.
- Providing after sales support and maintaining of customer relations
- Converting sales and customer acquisition
- Frontdesk duties and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre
- Managing the procurement of all materials and office supplies
- Handles billing administration and payment collection
- Maintenance of the studio's facilities
- Studio decoration and related matters
- Coordinate with manager in different operational issues and promotional activities
- Taking charge of all examination related matters, including registration, payments for examinations etc.
- Provide administrative support in the various business areas
