Description
This position reports to the Head of Student Services.
We are looking for an Admin Executive, focused on Student Services support, to provide a better experience for student during their study life at Singapore Raffles Music College.
Individual to be involved in:
- Student Pass Application
- Student Attendance
- Arrangement for Medical Checkup & Student Pass Collection
- To plan for student activities
- Reception works
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Counselling skills
- Interpersonal skills to have effective communication with students
- Work independently and in a team
