Level Expectations

Level I:

Expert with well-developed knowledge and skills in the function; leads the project forward with subject matter expertise; drive cross-functional and/or regional projects; serves as a role model for using and directing design thinking during project delivery; has an agile mindset and actively applies agile methods.

Level II:

Expert with advanced knowledge and skills in the function; combines analytics solutions to make them more all-encompassing, regional, or global; Manages regional and/or global projects and ensures prompt delivery of deliverables in complete autonomy; expands ideation using innovative techniques, conducts exploratory analysis with the end-goal in mind; acts as product manager and actively applies agile methods.

Involves providing unique, high impact, technical or expert advice to directors or officers within a region or internationally.

Data Science; Advanced analytics and technology innovation advisory; understand strategic business objectives and define requirements for advanced analytics; design, develop and implement data science tools; methodologies and best practices; use statistical and mathematical programming for machine learning and predictive analytics; natural language processing; information retrieval; network simulation & optimization; process automation; application prototyping; project management; data presentation and storytelling; business case development.

Education:
Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Studies or similar discipline


PhD Degree preferred Language:
Proficiency in English.
