Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob description:
Manage and supervise the kitchen team. Ensure duties assigned are completed according to standards implemented. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen premises at all times. Report to head chef/sous chef on all staff and operation matters.
Salary:

Requirement:
At least 3 years culinary skills in western cuisine. Must possess at least Diploma in Culinary Arts.
