- Design and implement laboratory and practical training modules.
- Support students in their Capstone and industry-related projects.
- Collaborate with industry partners on innovative initiatives.
- Manage laboratory facilities and equipment for educational and research activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols within laboratory settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety across various sectors such as Chemical, Biological, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of safety management systems and operational processes.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and industry standards, including ISO9001 and OSHA.
- Proven experience in unit operations and innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring students.
