ROVING DUTIES
• Deployment as per roster is provided

BASIC RECEPTIONIST DUTIES
• Greet clients / Visitors / Staff
• Announcing of visitors / Contacting of hosts
• Answering of phone calls (if any.) Else likely to be Zoom Calls
• Answer queries / questions from clients / visitors
• Receiving & sorting of mails / parcels
• Assist as needed at the reception site

ADMIN DUTIES
• Managing stationery supplies and ordering
• Receiving & sorting of mails / parcels

REQUIREMENTS
• Good written & spoken communication skills
• High commitment - responsive to calls & messages
• Proficient in computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Emailing
