Human Resource Executive - Singapore - UNO TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.
Description
Objectives- Plan for job posting strategies
- Conceive and propose sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Source applicants through online/offline channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and inperson interviews
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Orientate hew hires and assist onboarding procedures together with the hiring team/department
- Handle staff leave matters including maintain leave records, update leave balances etc.
- Assist on preparing Government Paid Leave claim matters
- Handles mail and calls relating to Human Resource matters
Requirements:
- Preffered work experience in Human Resource or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with fullcycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is preferred
- Proficiency in documenting processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
