**ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE

CP FOODS SINGAPORE PTE LTD

Location:
East

**_Job Description / Responsibilities
- *
  • Supporting Finance/Accounting Operations
  • Responsible for full accounting processes and tasks such as AP & AR, General Ledger, Accounts
reconciliation, etc

  • Perform month end closing activity and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules
  • Ensure timely, accurate monthend closing and financial statements
  • Coordinate and liaise with all internal and external parties such as auditors, secretarial agents and
local authorities where required.

  • Assist in new processes and system implementation to work efficiently when required.
  • Any other relevant tasks as may be assigned by the Management.
**_Requirements
- *
  • Diploma in Accounting field with minimum 3 years of accounting experiences
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (Pivot Table is a must)
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Independent, analytical and have a positive working attitude
