    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Support APAC business through best-in-class operations across revenue planning & sales enablement
    • Develop subject matter expertise in processes & systems e.g. client set up, contract & incentives approval, revenue attribution, billing & invoicing, tagging & data cleaning, etc.
    • Help the sales team understand how to navigate systems, handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting with speed & accuracy
    • Design and evolve SOP for standard processes by applying critical problem solving skills to identify improvement areas in current processes & systems and propose solutions
    • Develop operational metrics and reporting to unlock insights and analyze operational success and pain points
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, own communication and stakeholder management

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment
    • Bachelor degree is a minimum, preferably in a quantitative field
    • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce), Order Management Systems (i.e. Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms is a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and manage time effectively
