You will be given exposure to the full spectrum of HR, particularly in the areas of recruitment, payroll documentation, training, and employee engagement.
Job Description:
Post, update and remove job ads.
To screen resumes, application forms for scheduling of interviews with candidates.
Provide administration support & supporting daily activities within the Team
Work closely with other departments to ensure hirings are managed within timelines.
Maintain HR department employee records, file system and ensuring that all employee files are up to date and all inclusive.
Organize engagement initiatives, activities and programs to support organizational objectives.
Provide assistance on other ad hoc duties/assignments/project as neccessary.
