Customer Care Executive - Singapore - RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP
Description
Assist in carrying out administrative work in the delivery of advisory services- Required to gather information from patients and their families and assist them with the financial assessments procedures
- Conduct assessment / home visits whenever necessary
- Liaise with relevant agencies / authority / patients family
- Assure that all referrals are attended to by relevant personnel
- Liaise with nurses on patientrelated matters
- Supervise the operational work carried out by customer care coordinator when handling subsidy cases
- Act as a channel of communication between management and the customer care coordinator
- Able to handle difficult situations and escalate of issues to management
- Ensure records of patients and the relevant information of government's policy with regards to the elderly care Services and funding are up to date
- Maintain confidentiality of customer database
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Expertise in Social Work and/or Customer Service would be an advantage
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays (offinlieu will be compensated)
