Description
Assist in carrying out administrative work in the delivery of advisory services

  • Required to gather information from patients and their families and assist them with the financial assessments procedures
  • Conduct assessment / home visits whenever necessary
  • Liaise with relevant agencies / authority / patients family
  • Assure that all referrals are attended to by relevant personnel
  • Liaise with nurses on patientrelated matters
  • Supervise the operational work carried out by customer care coordinator when handling subsidy cases
  • Act as a channel of communication between management and the customer care coordinator
  • Able to handle difficult situations and escalate of issues to management
  • Ensure records of patients and the relevant information of government's policy with regards to the elderly care Services and funding are up to date
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer database

Requirements:


  • Minimum O Level education
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Expertise in Social Work and/or Customer Service would be an advantage
  • Able to work on alternate Saturdays (offinlieu will be compensated)
