YOUR MISSION:


The key focus of this position is to lead the business planning process of Puma SEA, using an overall view of financial targets, demand, inventory transfer management among countrise and channels, and Open-To-Buy management.

This position will liaise closely with Sales, Merchandising and Finance teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives and inventory management targets, and with Purchasing and Logistics teams to manage a balance of cost and efficiency between inter-country and inter-company stock transfer and direct factory stocks.


Task 1:
Manage Inventory related KPIs: Average Stock turn, months cover, aging

Lead monthly sales & inventory calls with stakeholders to ensure target achievement. Drive cross-functional alignment & action plans are well executed.

Task 2:
Alignment of sales targets with sales teams and consolidate actualised sales every month. Track COGS and Trade Discounts are in plan with initial budgeting (BU). Open-to-Buy management across Channels and Countries

Buffer Order Tracking. Ensure slow selling/excess products are not purchased for future seasons.

Task 3:

Implement current practices across countries in the region and have the flexibility to adjust according to each country's needs.


Task 4:
Ensure proactive communication of issues to various departments and enable process improvements.

Task 5:

Analysis on launch readiness and ensuring end-of-license products are returned to warehouse and sold to wholesale partners before contract ends.
