Responsibilities:


  • Support Corporate Secretarial Department
  • Support office management for the wellbeing of employees
  • Perform administrative work and other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Willing to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities as required to support the team
  • Selfstarter with an ability to work independently to manage deadlines
  • Positive individual who is proactive, enthusiastic and possesses strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MinimumN level
