**Principal AccountabilitiesFinancial Management
- Assist in monthend and yearend closing, periodic forecasting / budgeting process and yearly annual operating planning process
- Account Payables
- Input AP invoices to ERP
- Perform 3 ways match
- Process Staff Claim (nonHR related)
- Followup on GRNI
- Creation / Revised of customer code in ERP
- AP Intercompany Confirmation
- Filing of Payment Vouchers
- Fixed Assets
- To track and record any additions and disposals of fixed assets in fixed assets ledger
- To reconcile fixed assets ledger to general ledger
- To compute depreciation and pass journal
- General Ledger
- Support Balance Sheet Reconciliation schedules
- Support RACM requirements
- Scrap Management
- Scrap Reconciliation and finalization for invoicing
Internal Control
- Strengthen the company processes and improve the relevant controls
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
Others
- Perform adhoc financial analysis
- Carry out various adhoc projects as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
- Min 2 years of manufacturing environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent MS Excel skill
Education and Certifications
- GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Accounting
