• Overseeing and leading assigned projects to complete
• Collaborate with the design team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and value proposition of our products.
• Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and providing expert guidance on product capabilities and compatibility.
• Participate in tender exercises and site meetings
• Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of our solutions for customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their pain points and offering appropriate solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, and support to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or Project Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer challenges.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
