Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for all activities within the Group Treasury function. This includes front, middle, and backoffice activities across liquidity, liability, and risk management.
Support daily cash management, cashflow update and settlement of treasury related transactions.
Handle daytoday fixed deposit placement/rollover/withdrawal and banker's guarantees issuances/renewal.
Assist in the administration of bank accounts which includes signatories update, new bank accounts opening, accounts closure etc and maintenance of Ebanking systems.
Support all treasury related matters to subsidiaries locally and overseas in accordance with group treasury policies.
Assist in the preparation of treasury related reports of the Group.
Input treasury transactions into Treasury Management System (TMS) and provide support within the Group.
Support in the development of automated processes and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate well with counterparties and internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Tax, Legal/Secretariat and Investment).
Assist on adhoc treasury related projects/tasks assigned.

Requirements:

years of relevant experience in middle and back-office treasury functions. Fresh graduates are also welcome apply.

Direct experience in cash, bank accounts and loans management is preferred.
Experience in bank document negotiations including onboarding/KYC is an added advantage.
Proficient with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
Possess good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and IT savvy.
Possess strong knowledge of the rules and conventions of the global payment system used for different currencies and banks cutoff times.
Comfortable to work on both routine and adhoc requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated and meticulous individual, able to work well under pressure.
