• Location : West (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours : 8am to 5.45pm
• Salary Range : Up to S$2,700 Per month

Responsibilities:

• Handle HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and etc
• Ensure the data accuracy in the HR information system
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• New hire onboarding processes and orientations
• Staff engagement
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Employment Act ( 50% )
• Meticulous and careful in work
• Able to take stress, work in a fast pace environment, meet deadlines and learn fast
• Min. A-Level and above
• Min. 1-2 years' HR experience
• Candidate with experience handling HR in industrial environment is preferred
• A good team player and passionate to grow
• Able to commit in a short period of notice/ immediately
• IT savvy - Automation and digitalisation of HR processes
